Rearrange PDF pages in a visual grid: drag them into a new order, turn sideways pages upright and drop the ones you don't need. It all runs in your browser, so you can reorder PDF pages without uploading the file.

How to rearrange PDF pages

  1. Click "Choose file" and open your PDF to see every page as a thumbnail.
  2. Drag pages into the order you want, and rotate or delete any that need it.
  3. Click "Save PDF".
  4. Click "Download" to keep the reorganized copy.

Working faster with selections and undo

Select several pages to rotate or delete them together, which is handy when a scanner flipped every other sheet. Rotate left or right as many times as you need.

Made a mistake? Use the Undo and Redo buttons, or press Ctrl+Z (⌘+Z on a Mac) to undo and add Shift to redo. Nothing is written until you click "Save PDF", so you can experiment freely.

Organize, rotate or delete: which tool?

This page does everything at once, which suits messy scans that need reordering, rotating and trimming in one pass. If you only need to remove a few pages, Delete pages is quicker. If you only need to fix orientation, Rotate PDF has fewer steps.

Frequently asked questions

Does rotating a page make it blurry?

No. Rotation is lossless. The tool changes the page's rotation setting instead of re-rendering it, so text and images stay exactly as sharp as before.

Can I reorder pages without a mouse?

Yes. Each page has a grip handle you can reach with Tab. Use the keyboard on the handle to pick the page up and move it to a new position.

Does drag and drop work on a phone or tablet?

Yes. Press and drag a page with your finger to move it. It works in iPhone and Android browsers, though very large PDFs can be slow on phones.

What is the saved file called?

The original name with "-organized" added, so scan.pdf becomes scan-organized.pdf. Your original file is not changed.

Is there a page limit?

There is no set limit and no daily cap. Long documents just take a little longer to show thumbnails, especially on older phones.

Can I organize pages from two different PDFs?

This tool works on one PDF at a time. Merge the files first with Merge PDF, then open the result here to arrange the pages.
