Extract pages from a PDF and save them as a new document, or as separate single-page files. It runs in your browser, so you can save one page of a PDF without uploading the whole thing.

How to extract pages from a PDF

  1. Click "Choose file" and open the PDF.
  2. Click the pages you want to keep, or type ranges like 1-3, 7 and press "Select pages".
  3. Tick "Save each page as a separate PDF" if you want individual files, then click "Save PDF".
  4. Click "Download", or "Download ZIP" for separate pages.

When extracting beats deleting

Extract when the part you need is small: one signed page from a contract, a single receipt from a month of statements, or chapter 4 from a textbook. You select what to keep, so you don't have to click through everything else.

If you want most of the document and only a few pages gone, Delete pages is the better fit. For splitting a whole file into many parts at once, use Split PDF.

One file or many?

By default, the selected pages are saved together as one PDF, in their original order. Tick "Save each page as a separate PDF" and you get a ZIP with one single-page PDF per selected page instead, which helps when each page has to be uploaded or emailed on its own.

Frequently asked questions

How do I save just one page of a PDF?

Open the file, click that one page so it's selected, then click "Save PDF". You'll get a one-page PDF ready to download.

Is my original PDF changed?

No. Extracting creates a new file and leaves the original untouched. The copy is named with "-extracted" added, like statement-extracted.pdf.

Do extracted pages keep their quality?

Yes. Pages are copied over as they are, so text stays selectable and nothing is turned into an image.

Can I extract pages that aren't next to each other?

Yes. Click any pages you like, or type a mix such as 2, 6-9, 14 and press "Select pages". Typing replaces the current selection.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes, in any modern mobile browser. Large files over roughly 200 MB may be slow on a phone; a desktop browser copes better.

Can I use it offline or with a locked PDF?

It works offline after your first visit. Password-protected PDFs can't be opened yet, though unlocking is planned.
